Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Speciale

8th place – Jack Shepherdson’s Top 10 Classic Grand Touring Cars
The title of prettiest Alfa Romeo isn’t one to be thrown around lightly, but the Giulietta Sprint Speciale is definitely a contender. Initially debuted at the 1957 Turin Motor Show, the Sprint Speciale is another of Franco Scaglione’s masterpieces, clearly inspired by his previously designed B.A.T cars. Only 1,366 Giulietta SS’ were built.

Despite a Bertone body and an Alfa Romeo heart, prices sat dormant for most of the cars life, only starting to take off in the last few years.
