Lamborghini Espada

9th place – Jack Shepherdson’s Top 10 Classic Grand Touring Cars
Named after the sword used to slay bulls, the Espada was a supremely capable grand tourer. Having taken inspiration from the Lamborghini Marzal concept of 1967, Marcello Gandini’s design initially polarized opinions at the 68’ Geneva Motor Show.

Despite the love it or hate it looks, the Espada proved to be the ideal Italian cruiser, easily capable of taking four people across continent, with luggage in tow in ultimate comfort and style.
